Flow of the Application Procedure

●Period for Application on or after October 16: As needed

Attending Traffic Safety Education Program
Applicants must attend traffic safety instruction seminars.
※Note: If you cannot attend a traffic safety instruction seminar in October due to unavoidable circumstances, you can attend an “alternative seminar” held at each School. Please note, however, that alternative seminars will be held on an irregular basis and that it may take time for them to be available. Please consult in advance the student support team in the Support Office at each Faculty or School.

Confirmation of Application Requirements
Click the [Confirmation of Application Requirements] button at the bottom of the procedure, read the following instructions and click the [OK] button only when satisfy all requirements.

Formal Application
Apply from Microsoft forms. Complete all necessary information, and send your application data.
*Note: If you submit incorrect information by mistake, please send the correct information by clicking the [Inquiry] link at the top right of the page.
If you make a formal application between the 16th to the end of the month, your student identification card will be activated to enable parking on campus from 6:00 a.m. on the 1st day of the next month.
If you make a formal application between the 1st to the 15th of the month, your student identification card will be activated to enable parking on campus from 6:00 a.m. on the second day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays) following the day the formal application is completed.
*If you make the formal application at the end of the month, your student identification card may not be activated to enable parking on campus on the 1st day of the next month.
Go to the first gate to see if your identification card is activated to open the gate, and then go to the other gates.
Confirmation of Reasons for Special Application and Judgment of Approval or Disapproval
For special application, upon confirmation of the reason written in the formal application, a judgment of approval or disapproval will be made within three days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays) of the day the formal application is completed.
Applicants who are permitted: Will not be notified. Go to the next step in the flow.
Applicants who are not permitted: Will be notified by email from the Accounting groupe.

Payment of User Fees
Payment slips are available at the student support team in the Management Support Office at each Faculty or School. User fees must be paid by the 15th day of the month in which you made the formal application (or if you made the formal application on the 16th to the end of the month, by the 15th day of the next month.)

Pease see the 【List of Monthly User Fees】 and pay the appropriate fee.

Completion of Application

 

  If you make payment after the due date, your student identification card may be deactivated from the 1st day of the next month.
