Flow of the Application Procedure

 

Confirmation of Application Requirements
Click the [Confirmation of Application Requirements] button at the bottom of the procedure, read the following instructions and click the [OK] button only when satisfy all requirements.

Formal Application
Apply from Microsoft forms. Complete all necessary information, and send your application data.
 ※Note: If you submitted wrong information by mistake, please send the correct information by clicking the [Inquiry] link at the top right of the page.
For first-time applicants, your student identification card will be activated to park on campus from 6:00 a.m. on the second day (excluding Saturdays,Sundays and national holidays) following the day the formal application is completed.
Confirmation of Reasons for Special Application and Judgment of Approval or Disapproval
For special application, upon confirmation of the reason written in the formal application, a judgment of approval or disapproval will be made within three days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays) of the day the formal application is completed.
Applicants who are permitted: Will not be notified. Go to the next step in the flow.
Applicants who are not permitted: Will be notified by email from the Accounting groupt.

Attending Traffic Safety Education Program
Applicants must attend traffic safety instruction seminars.
 ※Note: If you cannot attend a traffic safety instruction seminar in April due to unavoidable circumstances, you can attend an “alternativ seminar” held at each School. Please note, however, that alternative seminars will be held on an irregular basis and that it may take time for them to be available. Please consult in advance the student support team in the Support Office at each Faculty or School.

Payment of User Fees
A payment slip will be available at the student support team in the Support Office at each Faculty or School. User fees must be paid by April 15.(Payment of user fees may be made before attending the traffic safety instruction seminar.)

 ※Note: If you pay on or after April 16, you may not be allowed to park on campus from May 1 and after.

Completion of Application

 

Although your student identification card will be activated to park on campus from 6 a.m. on the second day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays) following the day the formal application is completed, if you fail to pay the user fees or to attend the traffic safety instruction seminar, your student identification card will be inactivated, thus revoking your permit to park on campus from May 1.
